Constructed in 1927 and designed by well-known Newark architect William Lehman, the historic Brook Theater is the only existing vaudeville theater remaining in Somerset County and one of eight in New Jersey. From the time of its inception, the Brook has been a contributing component to the community and region offering a wide range of performances, concerts, dance, music, and community events.
